- Newsletter Updates/Corrections: As the 2026 Budget was finalized, the Board approved a staggered approach to the replacement sign project and refined plans for the Bayview playground project.
- Main entrance signs will be replaced in 2026, with other signs completed at a later date.
- The 2026 playground updates will only include two features– the dome climber and the maypole.
- To help reduce costs, the summer newsletter will only be distributed digitally. It will be available on
the FLHPOA website, Facebook group, and via email for residents signed up for the eSpotlite.

Our Electronic Newsletter (e-Spotlite)
FLHPOA members now have the option to receive the Spotlite newsletter in electronic form. It will be the same newsletter, but presented as a full-color PDF attachment sent via email instead of a grayscale paper document mailed to your home. Choosing this option means you will no longer receive the Spotlite newsletter via USPS. Please consider signing up to help us save paper and mailing costs!
