Important Dates
JAN 1 Annual assessments are due.
MAR 15 Last day to pay before your account becomes delinquent.
MAR 16 A $50 late charge is added to delinquent accounts*.
*Delinquent accounts may be referred to the Association’s legal counsel for collection or legal action. Please see our comprehensive assessment collection policy to understand the consequences of nonpayment.
Payment Options
Board members do not process assessment payments. All payments must go through Associa.
PAY ONLINE
Pay through TownSq
- Associa populates the TownSq portal with balances owed for all accounts on January 1.
- Residents who make a payment on TownSq BEFORE January 1 will see a zero balance. Your payment will appear as a credit until January 1, when it will be applied to your balance due.
- If you choose to pay early, please log in after January 1 to double-check that your credit was successfully applied.
Please note that Associa charges a convenience fee for online payments. To avoid this fee, pay by check.

Creating a TownSq Account
To make online payments, you must create a TownSq account.
- Visit TownSq(op or download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Select the "Sign up with account number" option.
- Register using the Account ID shown on your invoice and your ZIP code.
