Easter Egg Hunt

Come join us for our Annual Easter Egg Hunt! It is for children* 12 years and under. Please bring your own basket.
*Children's parents must be FLHPOA members in good standing.
Game Night
April 12, 2024 at Lake Villa Township Community Center, 6–10pm
A few decks of cards and trivia games will be available to play. If you have a favorite family-friendly game that you like to play, bring it with you!

Craft Project
April 20, 2024 at Lake Villa Township Community Center, 10am–1pm
Are you interested in decoupaging a flower pot for spring planting or making a stepping stone? If so, you're in luck! Teri, our Entertainment Coordinator, is hosting a craft project on Saturday, April 20th.
Teri is providing the supplies, not the association. So, to help cover the cost of materials, there is a requested donation of $5.
Please let Teri know ASAP (email [email protected] and [email protected]) if you wish to participate and which project you would like to do so she can plan accurately. Thank you!
Spring Park Cleanup
May 4, 2024 at Bayview Park, 9am
We need YOUR help to give our parks a spring cleaning! The more people who volunteer, the faster we'll get done. If you have any gardening tools (e.g., rakes, shovels, shears, wheelbarrows) that might help, please bring them! We also suggest bringing garden gloves.

Wine Walk

Bring your favorite libations and an appetizer to share to the pavilion for a social gathering.

Fishing Derby
June 15 at Bayview Park, 9am–1pm

No entry fee and you do not need a fishing license*!
*The Illinois DNR "Free Fishing Days" for 2024 are June 14–17. On these days, you may fish without a fishing license!
Summer Beach Bash
August 3 at Bayview Park, 3–7pm
Bring your coolers and chairs to enjoy a fun day in the park. More details will be shared as the event is finalized.
Bonfire
September TBD at Bayview Park, 7pm
Bring a lawn chair and your favorite beverage to the beach and enjoy a fun, relaxing night around a bonfire. We look forward to seeing you there!
Fall Fest
October 12 at Bayview Park, 1–5pm
Join us for a fun day in the park. More details will be shared as the event is finalized.
