All residents are encouraged to attend our monthly association meetings!
The meetings are held at 7pm on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (excluding holidays). We meet at the Lake Villa Township Community Center (37850 N. Rte. 59) in the multipurpose room.
During monthly meetings, we hear updates from all board members, discuss maintenance projects and upcoming events, conduct new and old business, and address concerns and questions from homeowners in attendance. We try to keep these meetings to an hour or less.
Our annual meeting is held in September. During this meeting, the budget for the new fiscal year is shared and board members are elected. Other important matters may be voted on during this meeting as well. This meeting requires a minimum number of homeowners in attendance.

For the safety of our residents, we keep access to our meeting minutes limited to special requests.

All board members are Fox Lake Hills residents who serve on a volunteer basis. We do our best to respond to requests as soon as possible, but please allow adequate time for requests to be fulfilled.
