Welcome Letter
Included with the Associa Welcome Letter is an information form. Please note that only owner's name(s), address of property, billing address, and phone number are required. The rest of the form pertains to associations with common parking lots, doormen, and gated areas. Also remember, NO ONE is required to give any banking information– this is simply an option offered, it is NOT REQUIRED.
Account Access Via Town Square
Town Square is Associa's new all-in-one community technology solution, designed to help you connect, collaborate and stay up to date. Town Square allows you to access your account not only with your computer but also from your mobile phone (for those of us who are app users). There is even a blog limited to FLHPOA members, however, the FLHPOA board is not endorsing nor encouraging the use of their "blog" communication system.
Get started at www.associachicagoland.com by clicking on "My Account" to register using your Account ID and Zip Code. If you need help finding your account number, check your Associa Welcome Letter, latest statement, or contact Customer Care at [email protected] or 847-882-8207.

Closing Documents
Owners must obtain closing documents from www.associachicagoland.com. Go to "Homeowner Resources" then "Order Resale Documents." Note, if there is a collectible balance on the account, Associa must receive the settlement statement in order to change ownership of the home.
