Below is the entire schedule of fees charged by Associa. This schedule includes fees that are charged to single building/multi-unit associations, including fees for any maintenance costs performed under the direction of Associa. Many of the listed fees have no bearing on FLHPOA's operational costs.
There is a list of fees that pertain to the selling/buying a home within the FLHPOA boundaries. THIS CAN BE FOUND ON PAGE 2. Please familiarize yourself with them so as to ease any sticker shock.
Closing Documents
Owners must obtain closing documents from www.associachicagoland.com. Go to "Homeowner Resources" then "Order Resale Documents." Note, if there is a collectible balance on the account, Associa must receive the settlement statement in order to change ownership of the home.
