All residents are encouraged to attend our monthly association meetings!
The meetings are held at 7pm on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (excluding holidays). We meet at the Lake Villa Township Community Center (37850 N. Rte. 59) in the multipurpose room.
During monthly meetings, we hear updates from all board members, discuss maintenance projects and upcoming events, conduct new and old business, and address concerns and questions from homeowners in attendance. We try to keep these meetings to an hour or less.
Our annual meeting is held in September. During this meeting, the budget for the new fiscal year (Sept.–Aug.) is shared and board members are elected. Other important matters may be voted on during this meeting as well. This meeting requires a minimum number of homeowners in attendance.
